Razer Guide Review

Razer Guide … OK let’s get down to business. What I want to do is to help you decide whether you need it or not. So, time for a no-nonsense admission – I haven’t in actual fact used or purchased the product (see my About page for the reasons why), but I have trawled the internet looking for info on it, to save you time. And hopefully someone who has bought it will add their opinion to the ‘Customer Reviews’ section to the right. So pull up a chair and get your reading glasses on as I save you time and give you all the information I have on Razer Guide.

What claims is it making?

To save you the hassle of digesting the sales pitch I have summarised what they say about themselves here:

Hardcore DCUO Fans reveal most detailed unofficial DC Universe Online Strategy Guide . Step-by-step power levelling guide, comprehensive game mechanics guide (stats, skills, power trees) and more …

  • In depth guide covering the Skills System (Weapon Skill trees and Movement Skill trees)
  • Detailed power set guide (All 12 Specific Skill Trees) and Iconic Power Skills
  • Step by Step Quest Walk-through for each mentor for both Heroes and Villains
  • Includes guides for Raids, Duos, Iconic Suit systems, PvP and more
  • All the basics from UI to Character Creation to end game content

Is anyone actually buying it?

Time for some hard facts. We can use statistics provided by the payment processor. They release something they call the product’s “Gravity”. It can be used a an indication of a product’s sales rank. I’ve processed this figure and turned it into a rating out of 100. Products with a high rating are popular. Razer Guide scores 63.99/100 which is around standard.

Your buying options

Hopefully by now you’ve read through the summary of what the product’s about. You’ve read the user reviews on the right hand side of the page. Perhaps you’ve even decided you’d like to buy the product. So what next?

Option 1: Buy Direct

You click on the following link to http://razerguide.com, and look for their link to buy the product. From there you’ll be linked through to the payment processor page and you can pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal. At the time of writing this review the standard price for the product was $47.

Option 2: Buy Through Me

If you click this link: razerguide.com you’ll also be taken through to razerguide.com, where you can go through the same process as Option 1. In this case though, because you arrived at the site through a special link, I get the credit for sending over a potential buyer. If you do end up buying, I will be given a commission. The cost to you is the same regardless of which method you choose You might want to choose this option if:
